No Refund & No Return Policy
At Bhumisaar Enterprises Private Limited, we follow a strict No Refund & No Return policy on all international shipments and export consignments.
Our business model as a merchant exporter ensures that all products undergo thorough quality checks, third-party testing (if required), and buyer validation before dispatch. Once goods are approved and payment is processed by the buyer, the order is considered final.
All transactions are final once goods are dispatched. No exceptions.
Quality Assurance Before Dispatch
- All items are inspected and tested as per mutually agreed specifications and standards.
- For food products (like spices), lab test reports and quality certificates are shared in advance.
- For handicrafts, textiles, leather, and jewellery, high-resolution images/videos and any required inspection reports are shared.
- Buyers are welcome to appoint third-party inspection agencies at their own cost, before dispatch.
- No goods are shipped until the buyer validates quality and confirms acceptance in writing.
Quality First: We ensure complete buyer satisfaction before any shipment leaves our facility.
Payment Terms
- Payments are accepted only after quality approval by the buyer.
- Once payment is received and dispatch is initiated, the transaction is deemed final and non-reversible.
- No refund, chargeback, or dispute will be entertained post-dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ensure proper export-grade packaging and logistics handling.
- Risk of damage in transit or customs delays lies with the shipping carrier or freight forwarder.
- Insurance (if applicable) may be arranged by the buyer or under a separate agreement.
Exceptions
This policy applies to all export categories, including:
- Spices and food-grade goods
- Handicrafts, leather products, and textiles
- Jewellery and gift items
Only in the case of:
- Wrong item dispatched (that differs from approved invoice/specification), and
- Proven documentation provided within 48 hours of delivery
The company may review the case on a goodwill basis. However, replacement or compensation is not guaranteed and is subject to management discretion.
