General Shipping Terms

All orders at Bhumisaar Enterprises Private Limited are handled with strict quality control and export compliance. As a merchant exporter, we ensure that quality, packaging, and export documentation are completed before dispatch, and payment is collected only after buyer confirmation.

Once goods are dispatched, no changes, returns, or refunds are accepted. All risks and responsibilities pass to the buyer as per the agreed commercial terms.

Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders are shipped within 10 to 15 business days after full payment is received.
  • This time is required for:
    • Final quality checks
    • Export-grade packaging
    • Documentation (invoice, CO, FSSAI/Phytosanitary, etc.)
    • Freight coordination
  • Buyers will be notified by email with tracking details and shipment documents once dispatch is complete.

Shipping Methods

  • Air Cargo (Courier or Freight)
  • Sea Cargo (LCL/FCL)
  • Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex)
  • Surface Transport (within India only)

Shipping charges are shared at the quotation/proforma invoice stage. Freight responsibility depends on Incoterms agreed (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).

Shipping Liability

  • All liability for loss, damage, customs hold-up, or delay is transferred to the buyer after dispatch.
  • Bhumisaar is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, clearance delays, or regulatory issues in the destination country.
  • Insurance is optional and chargeable. We recommend buyers to arrange insurance if coverage is required.

Packaging

  • Packaging is done as per international export standards based on product type.
  • Images/videos of packaging, labeling, and weighing can be shared on request.
  • No claims for breakage, leakage, or product damage will be accepted post dispatch unless insurance is taken.

Estimated Delivery Time (Post-Dispatch)

  • Air Express: 5–10 business days
  • Air Freight (Cargo): 7–15 business days
  • Sea Freight: 20–40 business days
  • Domestic Surface Transport: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processes, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking & Coordination

  • Tracking numbers and shipping documents will be shared within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
  • Post-dispatch logistics coordination is the buyer's responsibility.

Return, Refund & Claim Policy

  • All shipments are final once dispatched.
  • No returns or refunds are accepted after dispatch.
  • Damage or claims must be processed through logistics provider or insurance (if taken).

Non-Shippable Countries

We do not ship to countries under sanctions or restrictions including North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and other embargoed regions.
